Lips

  • 3 weeks prior

    • Avoid lip Filers and lip Flips

    • If you get cold sores take an antiviral (Valtrex or L-lysine.) Even if you’ve never had a cold sore 90% of the population carries the virus.) A number of factors can trigger (not cause) the virus and pmu is one of them.

    3 days prior

    • start antiviral and continue for 7-10 days.

    2 days prior:

    • avoid all blood thinners, aspirin, ibuprofen, caffeine, smoking, alcohol, Biotin, vitamin E and fish oil supplements.

    • Gently Exfoliate the lips with warm water and a lip scrub. Hydrate the lips with a lip balm.

  • Permanent makeup on the lips is a cosmetic procedure that uses a specialized tattoo machine to inject pigment into the lips, creating a soft, subtle blush of color to define, shape and make your lips look naturally plump.

    • After the procedure, gently blot the area with a clean tissue every 5 minutes until the oozing has stopped.

    • After procedure use the ice packs 3-4 times for 15 minutes spurts in the first day to reduce swelling.

    • Keep the area dry for 24 hours

    • Gently wash with mild soap twice daily

    • Apply thin layer of ointment 3 times daily

    • Do not use washcloth, pick or scratch tattooed area.

    • Do not steam, sauna or swim for 10 days.

    • Do not put make up on tattoo area for 10 days

    • Do not sweat excessively for 1 week

    • Do not expose treated area to direct sunlight for 1 week

    • Do not Drink from a straw for the first few days

    • Do not eat salty or spicy food.

  • Dark Lip Neutralization is a specialized technique that uses a machine to implant pigment into the lip tissue to neutralize unwanted tones.

    The process takes around 2-3 hours and may cause some discomfort, which will be minimized with a topical anesthetic and a secondary numbing as well.

    This includes 2 sessions. Your initial session and your perfecting session 10 weeks apart. A color boost is recommended every 12-18 months.

    *Please be advised, in some cases a third session is necessary.

Brows

  • - 8-12 months prior: no accutane, the skin needs time to thicken

    - 90 days prior: avoid chemical peels, lasers and other exfoliants.

    - Discontinue use of retinols

    - 3 days prior: avoid intense sun exposure and tanning (continue after healing)

    - 2 days prior: avoid all blood thinners, aspirin, ibuprofen, smoking, alcohol, biotin, vitamin E and fish oil supplements. (Resume after service)

  • The process usually takes around 2-3 hours and may have mild discomfort which will be minimized with a topical anesthetic and secondary numbing.

    This includes two sessions. Your initial sessions and a second perfecting session 6 weeks apart. A color boost is recommended every 12-18 months.

    • After the procedure, gently blot area with a clean tissue every 5 minutes until the oozing has stopped

    • Keep the area dry for 24 hours

    • After 24 hours Gently wash with mild soap twice a day

    • Apply a thin layer of ointment 3 times a day

    • Do not use a washcloth, pick or scratch the tattoo area

    • Do not use steam, sauna or swim for 10 days

    • Do not expose to direct sunlight for 1 week

    • Do not put make up on the tattoo area for 10 days

    • Do not put retinols or exfoliants on the area for 4 weeks

    • Do not Sweat excessively for 1 week

    Microblading is a technique that uses a manual method of implanting pigment into the skin to create precise, realistic looking hair-strokes giving the brows a natural full look.

    Powder Brows is a technique that uses a machine to micro-shade the brows resulting in a soft, fuller make-up look similar to that of eyebrow pencil or eyebrow shadow.

    Combination Brows combines both microblading and powdering technique for adding individual, natural looking hair-strokes with soft powder effect to create a bolder, natural brow look.

Eyeliner

  • 2 months prior:

    • discontinue use of eyelash growth serum

    1 week prior:

    • do not tint or perm eyelashes

    2 days prior:

    • avoid all blood thinners, aspirin, ibuprofen, smoking, alcohol, biotin, vitamin E and fish oil supplements.

    Day of procedure:

    • do not use eyelash curler

    • Eyelash extensions must be removed

    • Do not wear contact lenses during the procedure or 24 hours after

    • Bring sunglasses to wear home as your eye’s may be sensitive to light.

  • Permanent Eyeliner is technique that uses a machine to implant pigment into the upper or lower eyelid to create a long lasting look.

    From soft and delicate lash line enhancement to a more bold and dramatic winged liner, permanent eyeliner is customizable to your eye shape, and desired result.

    The process usually takes around 2-3 hours and minor discomfort may be experienced which will be minimized with the use of a topical anesthetic and secondary numbing.

    A color boost is recommended every 2-4 years.

    • Keep the area dry for 24 hours

    • Avoid sleeping on your face for 10 days

    • Sleep in an elevated position to reduce swelling

    • After 24 hours apply a thin layer of ointment 3 times a day

    • Do not use a washcloth, pick or scratch tattoo area

    • Do not expose to direct sunlight for 4 weeks

    • Do not use steam, sauna or swim for 10 days

    • Do not put make up on the tattoo area for 10 days

    • Do not sweat excessively for 10 days

    • No Facials, Botox, Chemical treatments or microdermabrasion for the following 4 weeks.
